  64.     3.1     12/01/98    - When recording a voice sample locally
  65.                           STFax ignored the "Max voice message
  66.                           duration" prefs and always used a timeout
  67.                           of 5 minutes.
  68.                         - The viewer displays the fax with black & white
  69.                           colors also with OS 2.04.
  70.                         - Increased stack size to 30 Kb since MUI needed
  71.                           more stack on some configurations.
  72.                         - Increased the fax decoding speed when viewing
  73.                           a fax.
  74.                         - STFax didn't close the serial port when the DSR
  75.                           signal was not found.
  76.                         - ReqTools.library is no longer used.

  88.                           only 8SVX iff files can be imported.
  89.                         - Fixed bug: printer prefs were screwed up if the
  90.                           "Printer driver" menu was set at startup. This
  91.                           caused the "Cannot open printer.device" problem.
